Connectors used in Squirrel modules
The Screw Terminal System:
 |
- Eltek Squirrels predominantly use the "Screw Terminal", (ST)
5.0 mm pitch plug and header connector system. Modules are fitted with ST
headers.
- Sensors are connected to screw terminal plug-in terminal
blocks. Blocks of 3, 4 or 5 with cable strain relief are used for single
sensors.
- Alternatively a number of sensors can be connected to a plug-in
terminal block for easy and quick disconnect and reconnect. Typically 7, 8 or
10 way blocks are used.
- Strain relief is not available on the 8 way block.
