D Inputs can be used to record the state of eight event lines, or record a single 8 bit number.

State

• The eight input lines are treated as 8 bits of a binary number, so as to provide a number between 0 and 255.
• The input can be configured to accept a voltage free contact or voltage signal.
• Recordings can be set to be period or event driven.
• Typical applications might include monitoring of a water level using a grey scale depth encoder.

State/Event

• Up to eight input lines are recorded as a 1 or 0.
• Recordings can be set to be period or event driven.
• Each input can be configured to accept a voltage free contact or voltage signal. (<1v = low, >4v = high)
• Typical applications might include monitoring activation of door contacts within a building.
