F Inputs, or Frequency inputs, record the number of pulses (voltage signal only) detected in one second.

• Applications include monitoring of a rotating shaft, often used in preventative maintenance regimes.
• F inputs can also be configured to count pulses over the recording period - as type B inputs - however only voltage signals can be used.
