Meet the Team: Welcoming Alice Oliver to Eltek

We’re delighted to welcome Alice Oliver to the Eltek team as our new Technical Service and Sales Support specialist.

Alice joins us with over 11 years’ experience spanning both industrial manufacturing and scientific equipment, bringing a unique combination of commercial knowledge, technical expertise and customer support experience.

She spent six years working in industrial coatings sales, developing a strong understanding of powder coating applications and curing schedules, before moving into the scientific equipment sector where she spent five years coordinating service operations. During this time, she built extensive knowledge of laboratory equipment, engineering support and the importance of compliance within highly regulated environments.

At Eltek, Alice will play a key role in supporting both our customers and internal teams. Working closely with our operations and service departments, she will help streamline internal processes, ensure customers receive the highest level of support and contribute to driving future business growth. With customers relying on Eltek’s environmental monitoring solutions to protect critical assets, Alice’s focus on efficiency, communication and customer care will help ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our customers expect.

Away from work, Alice is a self-confessed history enthusiast and has previously volunteered in museums, making Eltek’s work with museums and heritage organisations particularly close to her heart.
