Eltek introduces Charlie Smith as Operations lead and reaffirms its investment in customer support alongside the launch of the Darca Solutions Suite.

As we introduce the Darca Solutions Suite, we’re also continuing to invest in something just as important: the support our customers receive. Environmental monitoring is often protecting critical environments where there is little room for error. Whether you’re safeguarding museum collections, supporting scientific research, monitoring production or managing a commercial building, you need confidence that the team behind your monitoring system is there when you need them.
That’s why we’re delighted to announce Charlie Smith as our new Operations lead.
Charlie takes on this new role within Eltek with responsibility for leading and strengthening our customer support and operational delivery, helping ensure every customer receives the responsive, knowledgeable service they expect from us. Charlie spent 12 years working as a Quantity Surveyor before joining Eltek 15 years ago as a Production Technician. Since then he has built up extensive experience in the manufacturing and testing of the Eltek product portfolio, becoming the production lead and overseeing the manufacturing department at the HQ in Royston.
More than a new suite of solutions
The launch of the Darca Solutions Suite isn’t simply about new technology. It’s about improving the complete customer experience. Alongside this exciting launch of wired and wireless air monitoring solutions, we’re also investing in the people, processes and tools that support it, including:
- Faster, more responsive customer support

These improvements are designed to make working with Eltek easier, from initial installation through to long-term support.
