Wireless GenII Transmitter · SKU GD10
GD10: Self-contained wireless RH and temperature transmitter
The GD10 is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek with a built-in digital relative humidity and temperature sensor. It is self-contained — no external probe wiring is required. It includes an integrated display and transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.
How it works
Sensor built in. Wireless data link.
The GD10 combines sensing and wireless transmission in a single self-contained unit. The relative humidity and temperature sensor is built into the transmitter — there are no external probe sockets and no wiring to connect. Deploy it wherever you need to monitor the ambient environment, and the unit does the rest.
This makes the GD10 particularly well suited to locations where running probe cables is impractical, such as museum display spaces, archive rooms, and multi-zone environmental monitoring layouts where a simple, discrete sensor is all that's needed at a given point. An integrated display shows current readings at the unit.
As a GenII transmitter, the GD10 works within the full Darca Solutions Suite: readings flow through your site's SRV450 hub to Darca Command, where they appear alongside all other monitored parameters in one live dashboard.

Applications
Where the GD10 is used
Wherever ambient temperature and humidity need to be monitored continuously, and a self-contained wireless unit is the right choice.
Museums and heritage
Monitor ambient temperature and humidity in gallery spaces, stores and historic interiors without running probe cables through listed fabric.
Archives and libraries
Continuous RH and temperature monitoring across archive stacks and reading rooms, with no cabling required at each measurement point.
Multi-zone facilities
Place a self-contained transmitter at each zone within a large estate, then view all readings together on one Darca Command dashboard.
Questions about the GD10
Frequently asked questions
What is the GD10?
The GD10 is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek with a built-in digital relative humidity and temperature sensor. It is self-contained — there are no external probe connections. It includes an integrated display and transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.
Does the GD10 use external probes?
No. Unlike the GD34 or GS44, the GD10 measures with its own built-in digital RH and temperature sensor. No wiring to external probes is required, which makes it particularly quick to deploy in new locations or areas where cabling is impractical.
Is the GD10 a wired or wireless device?
The GD10 is a wireless GenII transmitter. The humidity and temperature sensor is internal to the unit — there is no wired data connection. Readings are transmitted wirelessly from the GD10 to the Darca Solutions Suite.
How does the GD10 compare to the GD34?
The GD10 has a single built-in digital RH and temperature sensor, making it a self-contained unit ideal for humidity-sensitive zones. The GD34 accepts four wired inputs, each configurable as a thermistor or state input, and suits multi-point temperature monitoring where external probes are needed.
Part of the Darca Solutions Suite
The GD10 is a GenII wireless transmitter in the Darca Collect layer. Readings flow through your site's connectivity hardware to Darca Command — the same cloud platform that manages all your other Eltek sensors, alarms, and compliance records.
Eltek has deployed more than 40,000 GenII wireless transmitters in field worldwide. Four decades of UK engineering. Since 1985.
