GD34: Four-input thermistor and state transmitter
The GD34 is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek with four inputs, each configurable as either a thermistor probe for temperature measurement or a state input for monitoring open/closed conditions. It includes an integrated display and transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.
How it works
Wired thermistor inputs. Wireless data link.
The GD34 collects temperature readings from up to four thermistor probes and sends them wirelessly into your Eltek monitoring network. Each input can be configured independently: use it for a thermistor probe where you need a temperature reading, or as a state input where you need to monitor whether a door, valve, or contact is open or closed.
The wired sockets are the sensor connections — the data link from the transmitter to the rest of your Eltek system is entirely wireless. An integrated display shows current readings at the unit, so staff can check conditions locally without needing access to Darca Command.
As a GenII transmitter, the GD34 works within the full Darca Solutions Suite: readings flow through your site's SRV450 hub to Darca Command, where they appear alongside all other monitored parameters in one live dashboard.

Applications
Where the GD34 is used
Wherever a site needs to monitor multiple temperature points wirelessly, or combine temperature sensing with state monitoring in a single transmitter.
Multi-point temperature monitoring
Cover up to four temperature points with a single transmitter — cold rooms, laboratory equipment, archive stores and multi-zone spaces.
Combined temperature and state
Monitor temperature and door or contact states from one unit — useful in refrigeration, laboratory cabinets, and controlled access areas.
Large facility deployments
Group multiple measurement points onto fewer transmitters, reducing infrastructure complexity across multi-zone sites and large estates.
Questions about the GD34
Frequently asked questions
What is the GD34?
The GD34 is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek with four inputs, each configurable as either a thermistor or a state input. It includes an integrated display and transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.
What type of sensors can the GD34 accept?
Each of the four inputs on the GD34 accepts either a thermistor probe for temperature measurement or a state input for monitoring on/off or open/closed conditions. The wired sockets are the sensor connections — the transmitter communicates wirelessly back to the Darca Solutions Suite.
Is the GD34 a wired or wireless device?
The GD34 is a wireless GenII transmitter. The sensor inputs use wired connections to attach your thermistor probes or state monitors; the data link from the transmitter to the network is wireless.
How does the GD34 compare to the GD10?
The GD34 accepts four wired thermistor or state inputs, making it suited to multi-point temperature monitoring. The GD10 has a single built-in digital RH and temperature sensor for humidity-sensitive zones where a self-contained transmitter is the right choice.
Part of the Darca Solutions Suite
The GD34 is a GenII wireless transmitter in the Darca Collect layer. Readings flow through your site's connectivity hardware to Darca Command — the same cloud platform that manages all your other Eltek sensors, alarms, and compliance records.
Eltek has deployed more than 40,000 GenII wireless transmitters in field worldwide. Four decades of UK engineering. Since 1985.
