SRV450: Receiver logger and wireless hub for your site
The SRV450 is a receiver logger from Eltek that gathers readings from your wireless GenII transmitters and relays them securely to Darca Command. It sends alarm text messages when conditions breach a threshold and communicates over 4G LTE-M, giving a site a single, reliable link from sensors to software.
How it works
One hub. Every reading. Secure link to the cloud.
The SRV450 is the central receiver and logger for a wireless Eltek site. It collects data from your GenII transmitters across the estate and relays it to Darca Command, so your team sees live conditions in one place.
Alarm text messaging is built in: when a reading breaches a set threshold, the SRV450 raises an alert so the right person can respond before conditions cause damage.
Communications run over 4G LTE-M, with a SIM slot and 2G fallback. Where a site has no need for mobile data, the mobile function can be disabled and data retrieved another way.
It works with the Darca management tools for configuration and remote data retrieval, and is compatible with the full range of Eltek transmitters and Squirrel loggers, handling up to 125 channels.
As the site's hub, the SRV450 underpins Eltek monitoring across every monitored application.

Applications
Where the SRV450 is used
Wherever a wireless Eltek site needs a single, reliable link from its sensors to the cloud.
A single wireless site
Gather readings from every transmitter on a site and relay them to Darca Command through one hub.
Remote and unstaffed sites
4G LTE-M communications mean a site with no fixed network still reports to the cloud and raises alarms.
Alarm escalation
Threshold breaches trigger text-message alerts, so problems are escalated the moment they happen.
At the Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology, Cambridge, an SRV450 receiver-logger with mobile data provided cloud-based access to a system tracking oxygen, temperature and relative humidity inside an anoxic chamber during a conservation treatment — allowing the museum team to verify that conditions were maintained throughout.
Questions about the SRV450
Frequently asked questions
What is the SRV450?
The SRV450 is a receiver logger from Eltek. It gathers readings from your wireless GenII transmitters, logs them, and relays them securely to Darca Command. It sends alarm text messages on a threshold breach and communicates over 4G LTE-M.
Does the SRV450 need a wired internet connection?
No. The SRV450 communicates over 4G LTE-M with a SIM slot and 2G fallback. Where a site doesn't need mobile data, the mobile function can be disabled and data retrieved another way.
How many transmitters can the SRV450 handle?
The SRV450 handles up to 125 channels and is compatible with the full range of Eltek transmitters and Squirrel loggers.
How does the SRV450 differ from the SMS450?
Both are receiver loggers. The key difference is how they use mobile: the SRV450 sends monitoring data over the mobile network (4G LTE-M), while the SMS450's built-in 4G modem sends SMS text alerts only, not data. The SMS450 adds grouped text messaging so an alert reaches a whole team at once; the SRV450 handles up to 125 channels.
Part of the Darca Solutions Suite
The SRV450 is the receiver logger and hub in the Darca Connect layer. Readings from your wireless transmitters flow through the SRV450 to Darca Command — the same cloud platform that manages all your other Eltek sensors, alarms, and compliance records.
Eltek has deployed more than 40,000 GenII wireless transmitters in field worldwide. Four decades of UK engineering. Since 1985.
