GD14E: Wireless transmitter for humidity and multi-point temperature

The GD14E is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek for sites that need humidity and temperature from one point. It connects to an external RHT-20E relative humidity and temperature probe plus two thermistor temperature inputs, carries an integrated display, and transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.

How it works

One probe for humidity. Two inputs for temperature.

The GD14E brings relative humidity and temperature together on a single wireless transmitter. An external RHT-20E probe measures RH and temperature where you need it, while two further thermistor inputs add temperature measurement at separate points.

The humidity and temperature probe (the RHT20-ES-2.5) sits on a flying lead, so you can place the sensing element exactly where conditions matter while the transmitter sits nearby. An integrated display shows current readings at the unit.

As a GenII transmitter, the GD14E works within the full Darca Solutions Suite: readings flow through your site's SRV450 hub to Darca Command, where they appear alongside every other monitored parameter in one live dashboard.

It is a common fit for life sciences environmental monitoring, where controlled rooms and cold stores need humidity and temperature recorded together. For the wider context, see our complete guide to temperature monitoring and complete guide to humidity monitoring.

Applications

Where the GD14E is used

Wherever humidity and temperature need monitoring together from one wireless unit.

Humidity and temperature in one place

An RH/T probe plus two temperature inputs from a single transmitter.

Cold stores, controlled rooms and stability chambers

Place the probe where conditions matter and monitor two more temperature points nearby.

Multi-point environmental monitoring

Feeds humidity and temperature into one Darca Command dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

The GD14E is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek that connects to an external RHT-20E relative humidity and temperature probe plus two thermistor temperature inputs. It has an integrated display and transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.

The GD14E measures relative humidity and temperature through its external RHT-20E probe, and temperature at two further points through two thermistor inputs.

The RHT20-ES-2.5 is the relative humidity and temperature probe supplied for the GD14E. It sits on a flying lead, so the sensing element can be placed where conditions need to be measured.

The GD14E is a wireless GenII transmitter. The probe and thermistor inputs connect to the unit by wire; the data link from the transmitter to the network is wireless.

Part of the Darca Solutions Suite

The GD14E is a GenII wireless transmitter in the Darca Collect layer. Readings flow through your site's connectivity hardware to Darca Command — the same cloud platform that manages all your other Eltek sensors, alarms, and compliance records.

Eltek has deployed more than 40,000 GenII wireless transmitters in field worldwide. Four decades of UK engineering. Since 1985.
