GD24: Wireless transmitter for K and T thermocouples

The GD24 is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek with four inputs, each accepting a K-type or T-type thermocouple or a state input. It transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite, bringing temperature and status monitoring into one connected view.

How it works

Four thermocouple or state inputs. Wireless data link.

Each of the GD24's four inputs accepts a K-type or T-type thermocouple for temperature, or a state input for monitoring on/off or open/closed conditions.

Thermocouples suit applications that measure across a wide temperature range, while state inputs track status rather than a value, on the same transmitter.

Readings transmit wirelessly to Darca Command, so temperature and status sit together in one dashboard. As a GenII transmitter, the GD24 works within the full Darca Solutions Suite through your site's SRV450 hub.

It is widely used in manufacturing and industrial monitoring and food, cold storage and retail monitoring, where temperature and equipment status sit side by side. See our complete guide to temperature monitoring for the wider picture.

Applications

Where the GD24 is used

Wherever one unit needs to watch both temperature and equipment status over the same wireless network.

Thermocouple temperature monitoring

Four K-type or T-type thermocouples on one wireless unit.

Status and state monitoring

Track on/off or open/closed conditions on the same transmitter.

Mixed temperature and status

Combine thermocouple and state inputs across the four channels.

Questions about the GD24

Frequently asked questions

The GD24 is a wireless GenII transmitter from Eltek with four inputs, each configurable as a K-type or T-type thermocouple or a state input. It transmits readings wirelessly into the Darca Solutions Suite.

Each of the four inputs accepts a K-type or T-type thermocouple for temperature, or a state input for monitoring on/off or open/closed conditions.

A state input monitors an on/off or open/closed condition, rather than a measured value, so it can track status alongside temperature.

Yes. The GD24 is a wireless GenII transmitter; the thermocouples or state sensors connect by wire and the data link to the network is wireless.

Part of the Darca Solutions Suite

The GD24 is a GenII wireless transmitter in the Darca Collect layer. Readings flow through your site's connectivity hardware to Darca Command — the same cloud platform that manages all your other Eltek sensors, alarms, and compliance records.

Eltek has deployed more than 40,000 GenII wireless transmitters in field worldwide. Four decades of UK engineering. Since 1985.
